Red Wines

Prorogos

This dry red wine is a careful selection of grapes with passion, but with respect to the tradition of
the Lafazanis Winery. This wine promises to offer a unique journey of tastes and aromas. The
architecturally graceful winery is located in the ancient Kleones villageof Nemea, next to the
ancient Hercules Temple.

Appelia

An excellent blend of the noblest native variety with the original Syrah. A full bodied wine having
a rich ruby colour, a pronounced bouquet, a mature balanced flavour, and a firm finish in fact, a
wine possessing a truly distinctive character.

Vine de Crete

Cherry to garnet in colour. The nose reveals a bouquet of sweet black fruit and fresh raisins.
Medium-bodied, the palate delivers a flavour of ripe berry fruit and soft tannins alongside just
enough to support and bolster the components of the wine. The finish is pleasing and of decent
length. This is a pleasant everyday drinking wine

Makedonikos

Bright ruby red with a hint of violet, a sign of its youth and freshness. Ripe red fruit emerge, as do
redcurrant aromas. Soft tannins offer a silky sensation. Serving suggestions: A versatile drinking
wine, especially with souvlaki and other barbecued meats.

Othello

A red dry wine with a rich berry-fruit aroma and a soft full palate. Ideal with red meat dishes and
casserole food

White Wines

Vin de Crete

A pale, light straw colour. A delightful floral bouquet is exhibited on the nose with just a touch of
citrus fruit underneath. The fresh tasting, clean, crisp palate displays flavours of citrus throughout,
whilst good acidity balances the quite delicate fruit and the finish is long and penetrating

Appelia

An elegant wine with a light crisp finish. Obtained from two carefully chosen Greek varieties the
selected grapes are blended to produce a fine balance between the characteristic fragrant and fruity
bouquet of the one variety and the delicate flavour and freshness of the other.

Agios Panteleimonas

Medium sweet white wine with a floral bouquet and a palate of stone fruits and citrus. Excellent
as an aperitif or with appetisers, fruit and cheese

Makedonikos

A crystal clear white wine with fresh green hues. Characteristic white flower and lavender aromas
mingle with fruity notes and toasted bread. A wine with balanced acidity, a pleasant taste and a
refreshing aftertaste.

Aphrodite

Classic crisp dry white wine with a delicate aroma of fresh cut hay and stone fruit. A good
accompaniment to fish, poultry, salads and light snacks

Makedonikos

A vibrant rose colour with ripe strawberries on the nose and raspberry jam-like flavours. Round and
full taste with a surprisingly clean finish. Serving suggestions: Grilled Chicken, Grilled Sea Bass,
Salmon.

G.H. Mumm Champagne (France)
