Red Wines

Naoussa

This dry wine is produced from “Xinomavro”, a grape variety grown throughout northwestern Macedonia. Naoussa Boutari, is aged in oak casks for at least one year, gaining its distinctive aroma bouquet and full body

Kretikos

Regional Cretian wine with excellent quality distinct scent, gentle flavour and a ruby red colour. It is a wine with a history of 4000 years

Vine de Crete

Ruby coloured, with an attractive nose of ripe red fruits. Round, smooth and well structured.

Ymnos

A pleasant wine with a full flavour and distinctive buckets. Carefully made from the famous Kothifali and Mantilari varieties of grape grown on Creta Soil. It is excellent accompaniment roast meat, casseroles with tomato sauce and yellow cheeses.

Mavrodaphne of Patras

A truly remarkable, luscious, full-bodied dessert wine or aperitif wine produced from the Mavrodaphne grape, which grows in the vineyards overlooking the Gulfs of Patras

White Wines

Santorini

Santorini, the unique Cycladic Island, offers its distinctive volcanic soil for the nourishment of one of the world’s rarest white grape varieties, the Assytico. Santorini Boutari has a brilliant colour, rich, delicate aroma and lighting, pleasant finish

Kretikos

White wine from the native variety “Viena” with a luminous white and yellow colour and fruity scent. Excellent companion for salads and poultry.

Aphrodite

A lively crisp dry white wine with delicate aroma and smooth taste that comes from Cyprus

Vine de Crete

Yellow coloured with golden-green glints, aromas of exotic fruits. It is smooth, richly textured with elegant acidity.

Agios Panteleimonas

St Panteleimonas is a medium sweet white wine with fruity taste and rich aroma. It comes from grapes grown in the best viticulture areas, vivified at a winery high in the Trouthos Mountains.

Ymnos

A refreshing dry wine with an even flavour and a delicate bucket carefully made from white indigenous grape varieties.

Rose Wines

Rodeili

Inspired from the rosé colours of the Aegean sunset. The careful blending of the varieties Kotsifali and Mantilaria accompanies perfectly all pasta dishes, cheeses and desserts
