Souvlaki, which are pieces of meat either pork or chicken, put into wooden sticks are cut and marinated in traditional marinades daily and cooked when ordered, as well as all the char-grilled dishes. Greeks call this type of food “Tis oras” meaning cooked at the time of the order.

Fish is always Fresh and that is because we buy small quantities in order to be consumed on the day, so if you would like to have fish at Steki's it is first come first served and you may not find any...unless if you pre-order it!!!
